MSTS had quite the year in 2019, complete with important product developments, several event appearances, and plenty of partnerships formed. With such a successful year coming to an end, we still expect 2020 to be that much better.
Credit as a Service® has seen many improvements over the course of the year. Customers can now be onboarded quickly and receive credit decisioning in under 30 seconds and get intelligent credit line increases later. Plus, B2B buyer-specific checkout APIs now incorporate purchase order information and invoice notes. Sellers are able to be paid by MSTS in as little as 48 hours and have an online portal for complete transparency on all accounts.
MSTS also released a CaaS plug-in for the Magento eCommerce platform called InvoiceMe. Now, merchants using Magento can easily extend terms to buyers by simply adding the InvoiceMe, a tool within the CaaS suite, button at checkout. This plug-in both authenticates and determines the correct credit line while a transaction is processing.
In May, MSTS was selected to demo CaaS at FinovateSpring in San Francisco. Members of the MSTS team presented the power of Credit as a Service for over 1,300 senior financial and banking leaders, venture capitalists, analysts, industry media members, and entrepreneurs.
Senior Director of Global Marketing, Michelle Faul, presented at eCommerce Expo in London in September. She covered crucial topics such as optimizing the eCommerce strategy to meet the needs of B2B buyers, what elements to include at checkout and why it’s imperative to get it right.
MSTS secured a number of highly valuable partnerships during 2019. In July, MSTS announced 4Business, a partnership with global B2B marketing agency SCHERMER. This partnership enables traditional B2C brands to move into the B2B space through custom digital solutions and establish an omni-channel purchasing experience.
Additionally, MSTS announced a partnership with Classy Llama, a full-service eCommerce agency in November. Through this partnership, organizations will be able to offer alternative payment options as part of a robust, omni-channel shopping experience.
A partnership with Arcadier was also announced in early November. Arcadier, the world’s fastest-growing SaaS marketplace builder, and MSTS will bring the ease of paying by invoice at checkout to merchants on the platform.
