MSTS Celebrates Women in Small Business Month and Launches the Female Forerunners Campaign

October is National Women in Small Business Month and MSTS is excited to celebrate the accomplishments and growth of all female entrepreneurs. The number of women-owned businesses continues to grow across the U.S. at a swift pace. According to a new report, between 2014 and 2019, the number of women-owned businesses rose to 21%, which is a total of nearly 13 million. And, employment by women-owned firms increased by 8 percent.

In an effort to celebrate the advancements women in business are making, MSTS is launching a new campaign, Female Forerunners, to spotlight several women entrepreneurs who have made significant impacts to both the businesses they work for and women in general.

We hold celebrating the achievements of women entrepreneurs and small and medium businesses near and dear to our hearts. Did you know that women in business report that a lack of capital/cash flow is the number one challenge they face today? We work hard to alleviate this challenge through offering female entrepreneurs alternative funding options.
