1. Invite Customer
When you’re ready to onboard a customer, select the invite button available inside the seller’s portal to email the customer an invitation to join their program. You can also integrate CaaS into your CRM to prepopulate invites.   

    

2. Credit Application
Once the customer receives the invitation, they complete a simple, secure application and accept the Terms and Conditions. No banking information required.   

 

3. Automated Approval
MSTS evaluates the application in real time, and sends the customer a credit decision in under 30 seconds for credit lines up to $250,000. MSTS extends the line of credit on the seller's behalf, under their brand. A team of credit analysts will step in to review large or complex sales.

4. Account Setup
Once approved, customers are guided through the remaining account set up, including necessary banking information and the submission of their W9. Customers can also request credit line increases and integrate into legacy AP systems for a seamless experience. 

    

5. Custom Pricing and Purchase Controls
Customers receive dynamic pricing as negotiated between the buyer and seller and can setup purchase controls for role-based access to empower team members. 

6. Transaction
The customer completes their transaction by selecting the InvoiceMe button at checkout to request an invoice. There are B2B specific APIs enabled at checkout to incorporate purchase order numbers and invoice notes end-to-end.

7. MSTS Pays Seller
Sellers can be paid in 2, 7, 14 or 30 days at transaction fees 30% less than credit cards. Sellers can track reimbursement for every sale to monitor transactions and view buyer activity.

8. Customer Pays Invoice
Inside the portal, the customers can pay invoices branded as the seller and edit incorrect invoices. MSTS will generate invoices on the seller’s behalf and MSTS’ collection team will step in to chase payments freeing up your AR team.
